Hailee has always been inspired by her role model mother, especially growing up observing her work for nonprofit organizations, changing lives by providing crucial resources such as shelter and support. This early exposure reinforced Hailee's belief that every individual deserves access to basic needs and much more, regardless of their background or circumstances.

In her role at United Way, Hailee serves as the Office and Resource Coordinator, ensuring the office runs smoothly, managing social media, answering calls, spreading awareness of resources and offering a warm welcome to those who come through the door. She also provides support to her dedicated colleagues, who work tirelessly to uplift Lamoille County. Hailee has immersed herself in learning about local organizations and resources, attending various trainings to enhance her knowledge. She is passionate about connecting clients with the resources they might not otherwise know about and receiving the assistance they deserve. She is more than happy to be a pair of ears with support. Her one year anniversary of being an employee at United Way Lamoille County will be in May 25'.

From a young age, Hailee has been driven to help others and has always been passionate about making a positive impact. In her free time she indulges in art, fashion, music, exploration, swimming and being with her cat, Lacy.
