More than 100 businesses support our United Way by giving their employees the opportunity to donate to us through payroll deduction. These payroll programs make a significant impact on our work because they raise more than 50% of our total campaign.
Payroll deduction is the easiest and simplest way for people to give. By contributing $1, $2 or even $5 per paycheck, most people are able to make a gift that might not be possible with a one-time donation. When you multiply these donations with those of employees at other businesses, it makes an incredible difference.
