Our Mission:
L.E.T will become the Lamoille Valley equity engagement hub supporting both organizations and individuals experiencing inequities and/or addressing equity topics.
Our Vision:
Lamoille Valley is a welcoming community where people can thrive and are not harmed by discrimination, racism, other forms of bias, oppression, or a lack of access to opportunities, where equity is increasing, and all people feel safe and supported in their pursuit of happiness.
Our Purpose is to strengthen our community by promoting:

Updates:
Lamoille Equity Team (LET) is committed to creating collaboration across our community. We have made meaningful change by defining our collective purpose, and working with local data to inform our work. With guidance from Auburn Water Song’s Memorial County Mental Health Equity Assessment, we have gained valuable insights into the equity landscape of Lamoille Valley. Our efforts have led to significant milestones, including defining our mission to be Lamoille Valley’s engagement hub for equity, advocating for those experiencing harm, and addressing systemic inequities.
We have launched educational initiatives, hosted trainings on implementing a Freedom Team, and partnered with Little Patakha to give educational resources to local elementary schools. We are excited to deepen our impact with initiatives like launching our equity lens, and expanding our outreach through campaigns like #LetLove and the Hair Love accessibility clinic.
