Be ready for the total solar eclipse on April 8th

The Vermont Department of Tourism and Marketing estimates 50,000 to 100,000 people will travel to Vermont for the event

  • 2:14pm, a partial solar eclipse will begin
  • 3:26pm, a total eclipse will darken Vermont’s daytime sky, lasting about 3 minutes. 
  • Partial eclipse will continue until 4:37pm
