Director of Operations
Position Title: Director of Operations
Employment Type: Full-time
Reports to: Executive Director
Salary Range: $68,000–$76,000 per year, commensurate with experience
United Way Lamoille County is looking for a collaborative, organized, and mission-driven leader to join our team as Director of Operations. This is a meaningful opportunity to play a central role in a community-focused organization that has served the Lamoille Valley for 40 years.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
In this role, you’ll help keep our organization running smoothly and our community programs thriving. Your work will span several areas:
- Oversee day-to-day finances, including budgeting, reporting, and working with our external accountant
- Support hiring, onboarding, and general HR functions
- Help manage office operations, vendor relationships, and facilities
- Track donations, assist with donor communications, and support fundraising efforts
- Help implement community programs and coordinate with partners and volunteers
- Identify ways to improve our systems and workflows
