Brooke Hailey

Brooke Hailey

Brooke is a senior at Stowe High School. She's the youngest of three sisters and lives in Stowe with her parents and dog. She was born in Vermont, spent nine years in Santa Fe, New Mexico, and then returned to Stowe with her family during COVID. Living in two very different places has given her a strong appreciation for community, culture, and the beauty of her surroundings.

Brooke loves being involved both inside and outside of her school. At Stowe High School, She plays golf, alpine ski, lacrosse, and serves in student government. She is the student representative and youth board member for the United Way of Lamoille County, as well as the Arts and Culture Council for the Town of Stowe. Through these opportunities, She's gained valuable experience in teamwork and leadership while learning how to balance school with the activities she cares about. Most of all, Brooke loves being able to share her perspective as a high school student and make a meaningful impact in her community.

She is interested in studying architecture next year in college and pursuing a career in that field.

When Brooke is not in school or participating in extracurricular activities, she loves spending time with my family and friends whether that means traveling, exploring new places in Vermont, or simply enjoying time together at home.

Our Mission

to foster community assets to advance the common good of Lamoille County.
