On 5/21/26 there are 38 households who are at risk of becoming homeless, and 69 households are literally homeless in Lamoille County. In total, there are 147 adults and 61 children who are at risk of or are currently experiencing literal homelessness in Lamoille County.

UWLC Director of Finance & Operations: This is a new, high-impact role at the heart of our organization; partner closely with our Executive Director and serve as the financial
backbone and operational engine of UWLC
Part-time hybrid position with the high potential to grow into a full-time role; 2 days per week in the office and flexibility for remote work on remaining days
Lead on:
Finance & Accounting: budgeting, GAAP reporting, audits, financial dashboards, compliance
Human Resources: payroll, hiring, benefits administration
Operations: vendor contracts, procurement, facilities oversight
Fundraising Support: donation tracking, grant management, donor mailings
Systems: process improvement, IT onboarding and coordination
Salary range: $30–$32 per hour, commensurate with experience.
