Good morning, 

On 10/16/25 there are 36 households who are at risk of becoming homeless and 50 households are literally homeless in Lamoille County. In total, there are126 adults and 66 children who are at risk of or are currently experiencing literal homelessness in Lamoille County.

  • Virtual Author Talk: Joseph Lee - 11/5, 2pm - explore Indigenous identity in proximity to land that serves as an iconic vacationing spot for the wealthy–the “island paradise” Martha’s Vineyard.

  • Morristown Civic Project with Susan Clark - 11/19, 5:30pm - Local democracy expert Susan Clark will give a presentation about local democracy boosting efforts near and far, and help empower us to boost civic health here in Morristown.

Teens/Tweens/Kids

  • Get Your Stuff Together - Tuesdays, 3pm - Help teens navigate social pressures around substance use, discuss recovery and identify harm reduction techniques. Email liza.ryan@ncvrc.com to register.
  • VEEP STEM Program - Thursdays thru 11/20, 3:30pm - students can explore how we can make energy from the sun and wind, learn about electricity and circuits. Sign-up required.

Lamoille Legislative Preview: Join us for a discussion on the critical business matters expected in the 2026 legislative session.
